Vision Mapping Questionnaire In June 2007 as part of the information sent with the Owner's Quarterly statements was questionnaire entitled "The Vida Vision: Mapping Our Future." The VDM Board of Directors is requesting your participation in a long range planning process by soliciting suggestions and visions for the future of our association. Please take a few minutes to review and complete the following quesionnaire. The original document posted to the website is in PDF format Vision Mapping Questionniare which can be viewed on your computer, printed, and your response faxed or sent, but does not allow direct input.
