Financial Statements 2008
The Finance Committee has worked to make the financials
even more readable and understandable. As a result, the Monthly
Operating Financial Report includes all three Income Statements from last
year -- the Ordinary (Operating) Income and Expenses, the Extraordinary
Income and Expenses, and the Capital Improvements Income and Expenses --
all on one report. The one statement includes the Month's budget,
actual, and variance, as well as the Year-to-Date budget, actual, and
variance.
Balance Sheets are now available as of the end of each month. In addition, a Cash Flow Statement has been prepared for every month. Those three statements should give you all the financial information you should need to understand how the Vida Board is managing your money. |
